Michael Lynch

General Manager

Michael is hugely experienced in engineering management. During his career, he has spent 15 years in management positions in operational and research-and-development roles, the last 5 years as part of the senior management team for PDL Electronics Ltd, a member of the Schneider Group of companies. In his last year, Michael led the management team, stepping up from previous senior positions including plant manager and operations manager.

At Wellington's Interlock Group, Michael was a technical services team leader. He was responsible for establishing a number of cross-functional teams and implementing an integrated product development process resulting in a 50% reduction in product development time. He also worked as the information systems team leader and as product design engineer at Interlock where he was awarded a patent for locking telescoping elements.

In his spare time Michael's interests include property investment, soccer, indoor netball, volleyball and skiing.

He coaches a junior soccer team and was a member of the New Zealand mixed dragon boat team that won a bronze medal in the 1995 World Championships in China.

Peter Armson

General Manager Sales, Australia

Peter has extensive sales experience and has spent in excess of 16 years at some of Australia's largest blue-chip FMCG organizations in a variety of roles encompassing sales, field, category and account management.

Peter's most recent sales roles, over the last eight years, were for Australia's largest food manufacturer Goodman Fielder. He initially worked as a team leader on a profitability project delivering double-digit profit growth through pricing and event probability modeling and implementation. He also successfully developed head office relationships across a number of categories and accounts, consistently delivering results.

Prior to Goodman Fielder, Peter worked for Optus in the late nineties, where he led a 65-strong national sales force in the booming environment of pre-paid mobile phones resulting in 40% year-on-year growth. Initially from the UK, Peter's first sales job in Australia was with Mars Confectionery, where over five years he earnt numerous state and national awards.

Peter enjoys keeping fit with regular gym visits, cycling, playing golf and soccer with his three sons. Now a qualified coach, he has played semi-professional soccer in three countries.
