Following on from its success in Australia and NZ Times-7 Sport is now offering its complete product range to European event timers.
The recent delivery of the WheelTime/IPICO "Hot Swap" option, including its custom designed low-cost WheelTags, to Times-7 Sport's first European customer, Cronochip in Spain, is regarded as the start of this next leap forward.
To facilitate customers in their own time zone, Times-7 Sport has appointed Ko Buijnsters in the Netherlands as the contact point and to provide local support.
Having witnessed the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge in 2007 himself, Ko got excited about T-7 WheelTime and the reaction of the 10.000+ cyclists on its performance. "When assisting Times-7 Sport at timing this iconic event, I was struck by the ease of which it is deployed and the speed of results being made available to contestants. I am convinced that event timers in Europe will also recognize what WheelTime can offer in mass-participation events over a number of cycling disciplines."
"After having received valuable feedback from our customers in Australia and New Zealand, our products have matured in a way that we are now ready to expand our business globally " says Michael Lynch , General Manager of Times-7 Sport. "Appointing Ko in Europe is a big first step in our global roll out".
